15 BELOW AUCTIONS CELEBRITY SIGNED JACKETS>In other Taxi-related news, the bidding has begun on 15 specially autographed 15 Below Project jackets, originally created to mark the occasion of Taxi's 15th anniversary. The jackets are designed to help the homeless ward off frigid temperatures using old newspapers stuffed into specially-sewn pockets in the lining. Taxi's Toronto headquarters is auctioning off jackets signed by celebrities including Robert Plant, Kim Cattrall, Nelly Furtado, Jon Stewart and the Daily Show cast, Rush, Atom Egoyan, Kid Rock, Sir Michael Caine, R.E.M., Kids in the Hall, Yo-Yo Ma, Norman Jewison, Guy Maddin & Isabella Rossellini and OLPC founder Nicholas Negroponte. Each autographed jacket will also come with a personal item picked by the celebrity. Funds raised from the eBay.ca auction, held from November 15 - 30, will be donated to 15 Below Project partner The Salvation Army of Canada.

BOARDS YEAR IN REVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE> It was a year of election fever and economic meltdown, but during it all, advertising was being made. As is the tradition with end-of-year nostalgia, we want to give you, dear reader, the chance to weigh in on what tickled your fancy or just plain ticked you off about the biz in 2008, as well as the opportunity to gaze into your crystal balls (or pint glasses) and tell us what you see for the year ahead. We'll collect your wisdom and, as we've done in years past, publish assorted comments in our year-end issue. Read more and email your responses to Barry Walsh at bwalsh@brunico.com by Nov. 25 (or even sooner if you're feeling industrious).
