Robert Moggach, former VFX supervisor at Asylum, has launched Dashing, a VFX-focused creative collective based in Toronto. The company will specialize in high-end moving, still and interactive imagery and evolved to handle 3D, design and animation work. Moggach will work with executive producer Eva Pusnik and handle creative direction, VFX supervision and Flame duties. 

Tool of North America in Santa Monica has hired Matt Bonin, formerly SVP/director of integrated production at LA-based Trailer Park, as executive producer effective June 1. Bonin left Crispin Porter + Bogusky last year, where he headed up a staff of more than 200 in the company's integrated digital, design and film production departments. 

Goodness Mfg. and Trailer Park, Los Angeles have named Rupert Samuel as EVP/production. Formerly SVP/director of integrated production, he will oversee the company's entire production arm. 

Boulder-based agency Victor & Spoils has named former Kirshenbaum, Bond, Senecal + Partners Jon Bond as strategic partner.

Anonymous Content, Los Angeles has signed director Ash Bolland. 

Publicis Seattle has hired CEO Mark Cadman. He was formerly CEO at Euro RSCG London.

Smoke & Mirrors, New York has launched Smoke & Mirrors Creative, a new conceptual art and design division headed by co-founder and creative director Sean Broughton. 

London-based Warp Films has signed director Robert Hales for music video rep. 

The Ant Farm, Los Angeles has promoted creative executive Matt Bretz to executive creative director. 

Nola Pictures, New York has signed director/cinematographer John Osborne. 

AudioEngine has hired Samantha Mazza as general manager of its New York studio.
