Brickyard VFX christened the opening of its newly-expanded Santa Monica studio space with a wrestling match that also marked the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo (May 5th).

Underground wrestling outfit Lucha Lords unleashed mayhem in a ring set up right outside Brickyard's studio as partiers shouted "Beso Beso" ('Kiss Kiss' - when Luchadores hold each other too close) and "Cabron" ('Asshole'). The party also featured a mariachi band, Mexican grub from an east Los Angeles taco truck, hand-crafted shot glasses made from ice, a mustache artist and photo booth. Check out a few photos from the event here.
