Mother, New York hires Farfar co-founder Nicke Bergstrom; 180 Amsterdam ECD Richard Bullock joins Hungry Man roster; Freelance agency producer collective The Poolhouse launches; People moves at Sapient Interactive, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Bullet

Mother, New York has hired Nicke Bergstrom, co-founder of Stockholm-based digital agency Farfar, as creative director. Bergstrom, who co-founded Farfar in 2000, has won two Grand Prix awards at the Cannes Lions, including one in 2007 for Diesel Jeans' The Heidies campaign.

180 Amsterdam ECD Richard Bullock has left the agency to join the directorial roster at Hungry Man for global representation. Bullock, who worked on adidas' Impossible is Nothing launch in 2004, has pursued directing in addition to writing and creative directing for the agency. He spent part of 2009 producing a documentary called Operation Open Heart for an Australian charity.

A group of freelance integrated agency producers have joined together to form The Poolhouse, a collective that gives them an outlet to market their services to agency executives more easily. The initiative was co-founded by producers Julie Rousseau and Veronica Beach. Agencies looking for freelancers can visit The Poolhouse website and click on the "Meet the producers" section to scroll through members and view portfolios.

Boston/LA-based Sapient Interactive has hired Nathan Hackstock, previously of Saatchi & Saatchi, Singapore as creative director for its west coast operations.

Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Boulder/Miami has hired Melissa Blaser, previously of TBWA\Chiat\Day, as associate creative director.

Bicoastal Believe Media and London-based Bikini Films have merged and will operate in the UK and US under the Believe Media banner. The partnership reunites Believe principals Luke Thornton and Liz Silver with Bikini's managing director, Kate Elson, who will head Believe's London office with EP Fiona Gillam.

New York creative production firm Bullet has hired executive producer Damon Webster and digital content producer Andrea Leminske and opened new offices in Los Angeles and Amsterdam. Webster will lead the LA office, Leminske will head up New York operations and company founder Oscar Thomas will relocate to Amsterdam.

Trailer Park, Hollywood has hired executive producer Brett Levisohn to the company's Advanced Content Group.

Venice, CA/Detroit- based digital production studio Speedshape has named Steven Spieczny as managing director.
