Independent agency 180, Los Angeles has promoted Amir Farhang to the newly-created role of creative director of digital and innovation. He joined the agency from Crispin Porter + Bogusky in 2007 to work on the adidas account.

Boston-based digital agency Sapient has hired Eric Healy as VP, marketing services; Matt Lindley as director of brand experience and innovation; and Barry Fiske as creative director.

TBWA has parted company with UK group president Tim Lindsay. Long time former TBWA executive Robert Harwood-Matthews, most recently managing director of PHD on the west coast of the US, will take over from Lindsay.

Cramer-Krasselt, Chicago has hired associate creative director John Nussbaum, previously of Fallon, Minneapolis and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis has promoted Mike Lescarbeau, previously president and CCO, to chief executive officer.

New York-based prodco Ghost Robot has added director Adam Levite to its roster.

El Nino, Paris has signed director Andreas Nilsson for French rep.

Wilfrid Park, Toronto has signed Gavin Bowden for Canadian representation.
