Director Andrew Douglas has signed with RSA Films for UK commercial and music video representation. Douglas continues to be repped by Anonymous Content in the US.
Daniel Busto joins Detroit agency Doner as vice president, creative director. Busto was most recently senior vice president, associate creative director at PentaMark in Troy, Michigan.
Warsaw production company Metro Films has signed noted features DP Slawomir Idziak for worldwide commercial representation.
Idziak has shot for directors including Krzysztof Kieslowski (A Short Film About Killing, Double Life of Veronique and Trois Coleurs: Bleu), Andrzej Wajda (Conductor), Andrew Niccol (Gattaca), Taylor Hackford (Proof of life) and Ridley Scott (Black Hawk Down). He has also directed several features and documentary films.
Production manager Patrick Casey joins Chicago editing house Cutters. Casey was formerly production manager with Leo Burnett, Chicago.
Rhett Parrish joined 615 Music Companies in Nashville, Tennessee. The former president of Source One in Huntsville, Alabama will become advertising agency sales manager and music producer for the commercial audio shop.
Anne Rubenstein was named executive producer at DDB Chicago. She joined the agency in 1995 and currently leads production on Aveeno, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, Sargento and Tyson.
Composer Jason Steele joined Santa Monica audio house Hum. Steele was formerly based at Elias & Associates in LA.
Mixer Scott Persson joined Manhattan Headroom, a music, sound design and audio post boutique. Persson formerly worked with New York's Blast.
Liz Whiston has been hired by London agency St. Luke's. Whiston joins St. Luke's as a senior copywriter partnered with creative director Jules Chalkley. She was most recently a founder of The Advertising Brasserie.
Ranier Schmidt has been appointed art director at Milwaukee agency Cramer-Krasselt.
