Crew Cuts Names Company Partners
Editorial company Crew Cuts has named exec producer Nancy Shames and editor Karen Kourtessis as partners at the New York office.
Shames joined Crew Cuts as a receptionist in 1990 but rapidly moved up to producer after two years, working with other producers and editors until being promoted to exec producer two years ago.
Kourtessis joined Crew Cuts in 1991 as an assistant editor, venturing into full-fledged editing three years later for such clients as Visa, Blockbuster, Pella, McDonald's, Wrigley's and Dr. Pepper.
