MTV Video Music Awards 2000

The team of Dayton/Faris, repped by Bob Industries, won kuduos for Best Direction in a Video for the Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Californication" at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards held in New York September 7. Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady," directed by Dr. Dre and Philip Atwell took Best Video of the Year and Best Male Video honors. Bjork's "All Is Full of Love," directed by Chris Cunningham and with effects from UK-based Glassworks was cited as Breakthrough Video and for Best Special Effects.
