Crew Cuts Expands In San Francisco

Editorial company Crew Cuts has expanded with the addition of editor Mauro Camoroda and executive producer Amy Burlaga to its San Francisco office.

Camoroda and Burlaga join editor Erik Johnson, who launched the San Francisco office in 1998 and is known for editing high-profile commercials for such clients as E*Trade, Isuzu, hotjobs.com and Nike.

Prior to joining Crew Cuts, Mauro Camoroda was a freelance editor working out of multiple editorial houses in San Francisco, as well as at ad agency Wieden & Kennedy in Portland and Amsterdam. Camoroda's career began at Filmcore/SF, where he edited commercials for three years.

Executive producer Amy Burlaga moves to San Francisco from Crew Cuts' New York office. Burlaga entered the commercial industry as a scheduler at Big Picture (now Cabana). She then went into producing at Dennis Hayes & Associates in 1994, and at Dennis Hayes' in-house music and sound design company Pink Noise in 1995 and '96.
