Venice Beach-based Motion Theory named Scott Gemmell its new head of production.
London's Mustard welcomed back director Cris Mudge who returns from Outsider.

New York-based editorial collective Chemistry hired editor Hannah Neufeld, ex-wild(child).
New York's Company X hired Terence Ziegler as staff editor.
Convergence in New York hired transplanted Londoner and editor Will Barton.
Santa Monica/Chicago-based editorial house Cutters has signed Fernando Villena.
New York-based post/graphic design studio Creative Bubble added editor Paul DiNatale to its editorial roster. Also, Lisa Kwon (ex-mad.house) was named design director.
New York design and production studio Freestyle Collective named Elizabeth Kiehner (formerly with Trollbäck) as exec producer.
Post facility Manhattan Transfer Miami hired Clive Christopher as senior colorist.
Editorial company Optimus hired Therese Hunsberger (ex-FilmCore) as executive producer of its Santa Monica office.
Push Editorial, FCB NY's in-house facility, hired Mark Hutchinson (ex-Blue Rock and Crew Cuts) as senior editor, VP.

NYC VFX company Tangerine named new hires to its creative team: Alex Arce, director of VFX; Brett Miller, VFX supervisor; Jianchao Li, lead 3D animator; Felix Thoo, 2D animator/compositor; and Jeff Fischer, EP.
New York-based editorial/effects/design shop Version2 promoted Micah Scarpelli from assistant editor to staff editor.
AD AGENCIES
Crispin Porter + Bogusky promoted Matt Bonin to executive integrated producer. He joined Crispin in 2004 as senior producer.
DDB Canada's Edmonton office promoted Eva Polis from associate creative director to creative director, succeeding previous CD Christopher Heatherington.
Euro RSCG promoted Annette Stover to chief operating officer in its New York office. Stover was previously chief of staff, and had joined Euro RSCG in 1999. Meanwhile, Euro RSCG Chicago added four new creatives - senior art director S. Gray Joyce, and art directors Puja Bakshi, Erin Hughes and Jess Weida.
Pat Fallon named Kerry Feuerman as new CD for Fallon, Minneapolis, set to replace fired CD Paul Silburn. Feuerman was most recently executive vice president/group creative director with Leo Burnett USA. Also at Fallon, Bill Westbrook, former ECD/president of Fallon Worldwide (1993-1999), is returning to the agency as vice chairman, working out of Minneapolis HQ.
FCB, London hired Andrew Fraser, formerly creative partner at DDB London, as creative director, replacing Al Young.
Stephen Gatfield, EVP at New York's Interpublic Group, is taking on the position of worldwide CEO at Lowe, with the company's current president/CEO Tony Wright moving to chairman.
Boston-based Modernista! hired Kelly Fredrickson (formerly with Hill/Holiday) as chief of staff.
