Cielo Films, Santa Monica, took on directors V. Blackhawk Aamodt, Thomas Richter and Bill Scarlet.

Cowboy Films, London, added director Julia Jason.

London's Exposure Films signed duo Jake & Jim for spots/promos.

Harpoon Pictures, NY, signed a US deal with director Michael Abt.

London's Harry Nash took on The Guard Brothers, previously of The Paul Weiland Film Company.

HKM, LA, signed director Eden Diebel and directing team Jacobs/Briere.

Motion Blur, LA, signed directing duo Joachim Roenning and Espen Sandberg (a.k.a. Roenberg) for the US.

Bicoastal Moxie Pictures now reps director Rob Marshall in the US.

Santa Monica-based editorial company Crew Cuts/West added editor Ellen Crocker to its team. Crocker comes from Red Car, LA.

Deep Blue Sea, the effects and animation division of Florida's Manhattan Transfer, promoted Mike Charves to executive producer from senior effects producer.

Discreet announced Martin Vann as its vice president of worldwide systems sales and marketing.

London post house Final Cut signed on editor Jerry Chater.

Hydraulx, Santa Monica, appointed Eliza Randall to EP from freelance visual FX producer and supervisor.

Hollywood's LOOK! Effects hooked Thomas Tannenberger as partner and visual effects supervisor. Tannenberger moves from Centropolis Entertainment.

NY-based Moon Dog Edit now has one owner, Peter Kasko, who joined as a partner five years ago. Billy Williams, who founded Moon Dog, left the company.

The Moving Picture Company is taking on colorists Mark Gethin for spots/promos and Giles Livesey for features. MPC also promoted Dave Appleby and Kenny Gibb from assistants to colorists.

Radium welcomed VP of marketing and sales Julie Luehrman to the San Francisco location, and exec producer Matthew McManus and technical operations manager Michael Chizzo to the LA office.
