Grain, the interactive division of New York-based Charlex, has named Michael Pollock executive producer. Prior to joining Grain, Pollock served as head of production at JWT New York, executive producer at Version2. Editing, and vice president and creative director at Digitas.

Dallas' N2O Editorial (formerly Hothaus Editorial) has hired executive producer Lisa Hill, editor Brent Herrington, design and finish artist Dan Hill, editor Marc Stone, and producer Stefany Sabo.

Chicago-based Rhythm Café is representing musicians, composers and producers Ramsey and Frayne Lewis for commercials.

Santa Monica's Steam has signed visual effects artist Rob Legato for commercials. Legato provided visual effects for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. He is represented exclusively by Sony Pictures for feature films.

Post facility Swell has added creative editor Amy Harvey and audio engineer David Leffel to its Chicago-based operation. Harvey comes from Chicago's Edit Sweet and Optimus. Leffel was most recently at Chicago Recording Company.

New York's Version2. Editing welcomes editor Fred Jordan back to the company after Jordan left to establish Blü, V2's sister company in Paris. Jordan will work through Version2 in the US, Blü in Paris and Red Square in London.
