400 Films will now fall under the umbrella of @radical.media, London as the two companies merge, bringing together two siblings, Dominic Delaney of @radical.media and 400 Films managing director, Caspar Delaney.
"Most production companies are all mouth and no trousers," quips joint managing director Caspar Delaney, about London's saturated production scene.
"The market is so flooded in London that companies are talking about having to merge, but we've actually had the foresight to see its business sense as opposed to pontificating about its positive values."
400 Films continues a highly successful year with Sharon Maguire's debut feature 'Bridget Jones' Diary' proving to be a box-office smash, while Douglas and Hollis have recently shot work for clients that include Airbus, Texaco and Sony Playstation.
The move marks the reunion of the Delaney brothers, producer Tommy Turtle and @radical.media directors Tarsem and Jeff Darling who all lent their expertise to various incarnations at the now defunct production companies Spots and BFCS.
Four Hundred's directors Stuart Douglas, Jon Hollis, Sharon Maguire and Gerald McMorrow will now be repped by @radical.media, joining directors that include Tarsem, Frank Todaro, Jeff Darling, Ralf Schmerberg and Lenny Dorfman.
