Production Companies

Los Angeles-based A Band Apart Commercials has signed director Neil Tardio Jr. Tardio was formerly with Fuel, Santa Monica. Freelance producer Adam Bloom has been promoted to head of production. Darren Aronofsky has also signed with the prodco for commercials and music videos.

Bicoastal Coppos Films has signed director Shawn Driscoll.

New York's Curious Pictures has signed live-action/special effects director Noble Jones for spots and music videos.

GSP4, New York has signed British director Kevin Moloney. Moloney is represented in the UK by London's Union Commercials.

London-based Great Guns has signed Olivia Hirschberg as producer for directing duo Daddy.

San Francisco-based kaboom has signed director Brandon Dickerson for commercial representation.

Bicoastal/international Partizan has hired Janet Eisner as its new exec producer of music videos. Eisner worked most recently at The Artists Company in a similar capacity.

London-based The Paul Weiland Film Company has signed director Toby Macdonald. Meanwhile, director Graham Fink will be leaving to found his own company, thefinktank.

Hollywood-based Satellite Films has signed directors Christophe Navarre, Mark Osborne, Pascual Sisto, Maggie Zackheim, Fritz Flieder, Norbert Heikert, Jason Wulfsohn, Jason Goldwach, Enda Hughes and Richie Smyth.

Toronto-based Spy Films has hired Joni Dick as assistant exec producer. Previously Dick was a motion control producer at Toronto-based TOYBOX.

Tomboy Films has signed Canadian director Tim Hamilton for UK representation. Hamilton is repped in Canada by Avion Films.

Nashville's 615 Music Companies has signed Steven A. Appel as manager-West region.

ATTIK, New York has named Andrea Dearden exec director of client services. Dearden was previously at Mercier Gray as a group account director. The San Francisco office has hired Lea M. Wedge as career development manager/US. Wedge was formerly in human resources at D'Arcy Advertising, New York.

Toronto-based Calibre Digital Pictures has hired Matt Shofield and Allan Walker, both matte artists. Andrew Nguyen also joins the matte department, transferring over from the 3D department.

Cyclotron, New York has added Ben Orisich as digital artist/designer. He arrives after four years at Click 3X in Atlanta where he was a senior inferno* artist.

Digital Artists Agency has signed visual effects supervisor Kevin O'Neill for exclusive worldwide representation. O'Neill was formerly at LA-based Flat Earth Productions.

Ear to Ear, Santa Monica, CA has hired composer Gil Talmi.

Nashville-based The Film Workers Club has hired senior editor/Henry Infinity artist John Slinger. Slinger was previously with Tele Edit (now Field to Frame Media), Minneapolis, MN.

New Jersey-based Radamec Broadcast Systems Ltd. has promoted Bret Lukezic to VP from the position of general manager.
