Foss was previously based in Chicago where he directed out of his own shop, Force Extreme Anti-mation. White comes from Atlanta-based DESIGNefx where he worked as a director and DP for broadcast and commercial projects.
Bicoastal Coppos Films has signed renowned comedy director Tom Schiller. Previously, Schiller spent five years with New York-based Five Union Square.
Film Neutron, Beverly Hills, CA has signed director combo Dave and Eric. Newcomers to spots, the team was signed on the strength of their spec reel.
Joy Films, London has hired directors Tom Merilion and James Marsh. Merilion was most recently with RSA, while Marsh is known for his documentary films.
Santa Monica-based M-80 has hired director Tom Higgins, formerly of RSA USA.
Partizan has signed French animation directors Loïc & Aurélien as well as director Anthea Benton.
Taxi Films, New York has signed Swedish director Michael Massanyi for US representation. Massanyi is a partner in Stockholm-based BMP with producer Jesper Boecker.

Interface Media Group (IMG), a Washington-based film and video production service, has signed Jeff Mullen as sound designer.
Manhatten Transfer, New York has hired British designer/director Lesley Robson-Foster. Prior to this, Robson-Foster spent two years working at New York-based Zero 2 Sixty.
Los Angeles-based digital studio Radium has hired Andrew Hardaway as a senior CG technical director. Hardaway was previously with Industrial Light & Magic.
New York-based Rhinoceros Visual Effects & Design has hired CG director/project leader David Barosin. Barosin was last represented by Click 3X.
Soho-based Sideshow has hired Mike Granowsky as general manager of its newly expanded operations. Previously Granowsky was a director at Post Production USA Networks.
