New York-based 11/11 Productions has made Matthew Englebert it's new head of sales; he was previously head of sales and marketing at New York's Creative Engineering.

Bicoastal Anonymous Content has signed director Mark Romanek, previously of bicoastal Satellite, and Andrea Giacobbe, formerly with Propaganda.

Chelsea Pictures' Thru-Line, New York, has signed Ben Younger, director/writer of the recently released movie Boiler Room.

LA-based Copper Media now reps feature director Andrzej Bartkowian for spots. Bartkowian recently directed Romeo Must Die and served as DP on films including The Verdict, Falling Down, Speed and Lethal Weapon 4.

Bicoastal Epoch Films now represents Anouk Besson, formerly of The End.

Instinct, New York, is the production company director Hype Williams has formed in affiliation with director/photographer Peter Arnell's Sweatpea Productions. Williams recently ended its long-time affiliation with Big Dog, a satellite of HSI Productions.

New York-based commercial production shop, N ur Eye Film signed director Chris Sferrazza.

@radical.media has signed director Larry Frey for global representation. Most recently, Frey was creative director/partner at Amsterdam-based agency 180 and had been directing spots on the side out of London's Stink.

RSA USA, New York has added Marius Holst to its directing talent. Holst is currently repped in Scandinavia by 4 1/2 in Oslo.

Wall to Wall Films, New York, has signed directors Lior Har-Lev and Glen Owen.

Bicoastal Wildlife has signed documentary filmmaker Molly O'Brien.

Santa Monica-based post house Avenue Edit has added executive producer Jeff Yuen.

Los Angeles-based B17 (a division of Boxer Films) has hired post supervisor Rob Groenwold.

Computer Café, a California-based 3D Animation/Digital Effects company has hired animation director Timur Baysal.

Crash & Sue, Minneapolis MN, has hired senior Inferno* artist Jake Parker. Parker was previously with Pixel Farm, Minneapolis.

Cyclotron, New York, has appointed Doug Vitarelli the head of its 3-D department. Vitarelli comes to Cyclotron from GLC Productions.

NY Noise, New York now represents sound designer/composer Jim Kremens for commercial work.

Seattle-based Pinnacle Studios has signed digital artist David Crawford.

Pittard Sullivan, New York, has named Catherine Mouttet as creative director and Chris Van Buskirk as technical director within the company's Interactive and Convergent Media group.

San Francisco-based Radium has promoted Anastacia Feldman to head of production.

Rhinoceros Visual Effects and Design, New York, has signed Michael Miller and Rick Wagonheim as executive producers. Both previously managed projects at R/Greenberg Associates New York.

Spontaneous Combustion, New York, has promoted Sam DeWitt from head of CGI to creative director.
