Chelsea Pictures has signed The Blair Witch Project directors Eduardo Sanchez and Dan Myrick, Happiness director Todd Solondz, and Dark City director Alex Proyas to its new commercial division Thru-line.
French director Eden Diebel has been signed by @Radical.media for global represntation. @Radical also inked a deal to represent Swedish feature director Lasse Hallström for spots.
Emerald Films, New York, has signed commercial director Grant Baird.
Manarchy Films has signed former Larry Sanders Show director Todd Holland to shoot commercials.
Cibolo Films, San Antonio, TX, has signed a deal to represent Uruguayan director Cacho Bagnasco. Bagnasco, a founding partner of Cactus Films, Montevideo, Uruguay, will be represented by Cibolo in the US Hispanic market and in Mexico.
Jeff Armstrong, of Hollywood-based Satellite resigned from his role as executive producer of the Propaganda subsidiary. Director Pam Thomas also left Satellite and is now represented by bi-coastal Moxie Pictures.
UK-based design and production shop The Attik has reorganized some of its leading creative staff to further position itself as a global player. Co-founder James Sommerville will move from his role as creative director of the company's New York office to a role overseeing the development of the shop throughout its five offices in Huddersfield, London, New York, San Francisco and Sydney.

Bob Shea, who joined Lee Hunt Associates as an art director in November of 1998, has been promoted to creative director at the New York-based advertising and design company. Before joining Lee Hunt, Shea worked as a designer for Comedy Central, the Atlantic Group and Craig Yoe Studios. He replaces Cheri Dorr.

Chuck McBride has left his post as creative director at Portland-based Wieden & Kennedy, to assume the role of executive creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day's San Francisco office.

Sunset Digital Studios of Glendale, CA, has named Godfrey Pye as its new President. Sunset Digital was formerly named Sunset Post.
Former Digital Domain executive director of marketing and new business, Mitchell Kanner, left the company. No replacement has been named.
Colorists Beau Leon, Clark Muller and Robert Curreri have joined Los Angeles post house Riot in the expansion of its telecine department. Darby Walker has been made executive producer of telecine services.
Toronto and Atlanta-based Spin Productions will now represent acclaimed graphic designer David Carson in Canada. Carson, who runs David Carson Design in New York, was named "Designer of the Era" by UK-based Creative Review Magazine, and is known for his work on Raygun Magazine and his book "The End of Print."
